- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 oz (squares) of melted unsweetened chocolate*
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-1/4 pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- *I melted the chocolate with the butter in my microwave
