Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter melted
• 2 cups light brown sugar
• 2.5 tbsp. Amoretti® White Chocolate Compound
• 1 Tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract 2x
• 1/2 tsp. Amoretti® Peppermint Extract
• 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 dark chocolate chips melted
• 1/4 white chocolate chips melted
• Crushed peppermints to taste
