- 1 3/4 cups tonic water (do not substitute)*
- 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 cups vodka (can use flavored vodka, such as cake flavored)
- Green and/or blue decorating icing gel (for the irises)
- Black decorating icing gel (for the pupils)
- Red decorating icing gel (for bloodshot eyes, OPTIONAL)
- Black light
