Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 clove garlic crushed or chopped
• 2 medium jalapeno finely chopped
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup salsa
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 8 Slices of pepper jack cheese
• Tomato thinly sliced
• Lettuce – chopped
• Sour cream
• 8 medium hard roll hamburger buns
• 1 stick softened butter
