Earl Grey Waffles Gelson's

Ingredients

• 2 cups whole milk
• 1 Tbsp finely ground Earl Grey tea leaves (3 to 4 tea bags)
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• 1 ½ tsp active dry yeast
• 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 large Gelson’s eggs
• ½ tsp baking soda
