• 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) corn starch
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream 35 %
• Sassy Daiquiri Cream
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) sugar
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) grated lime rind
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
