- 170g unsalted butter, melted
- 70g demerara sugar
- 155g light soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp instant coffee granules, mixed with 3tsp boiling water into a thin paste
- 225g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼tsp table salt
- 175g white chocolate, roughly chopped
- 150g cream cheese
- 10g caster sugar
- 15g dark chocolate, grated
