- 250g Soft Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 eggs (Seperate yolks and whites)
- ¼ teaspoon Orange essence
- ½ lid Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Flour -(if u prefer SRF u may use or add ½ teaspoon bicarb to the flour)
- 2 Heaped teaspoon Baking Flour
- +- 1 Cup Orange juice
- Few grated rind of the orange +-1
