• 1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, divided
• 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
• ¾ teaspoon of baking powder
• 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, melted
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup of bourbon
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
