Smash Burgers with Special Sauce - Big Dog Spices

Ingredients

• 600 g ground beef (80/20) ((you can combine it with pork to make the burger even juicier))
• 4 tbsp butter ((butter helps the beef patty caramelise, creating a tasty crust))
• 50 g Big Dog Spices Texas Beef Rub
• 25 g Big Dog Spices Texas Beef Rub
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup tomato sauce
• ¼ cup spicy brown mustard
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 4 brioche or potato buns ((buttered and lightly toasted))
• 4 slices cheese ((any cheese you like, we find American Burger cheese works best))
• toppings ((pickles, red onion, lettuce and sliced tomato))
