• 450 g Applewood Smoked Bacon (Thick Cut), chopped into 6 mm pieces
• 225 g Yellow Onions, 6 mm dice
• 120 ml White Vinegar
• 50 g Sugar
• 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 tsp Kosher Salt
• 15 g Fresh Chives, chopped (Green Onions can be subbed)
• 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
