Chicken & Cheese Mash Casserole recipe by Mubina

Ingredients

• 1 kilo chicken (finely cubed)
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
• 4 tablespoons red pepper (cubed)
• 4 tablespoons green pepper (cubed)
• 2 teaspoons red chilli paste
• 2 teaspoons crushed red chilli
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
• 2 level teaspoon salt
• 4 large tomatoes (liquidized)
• 2 tablespoons mayo
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 3 egg whites (beaten)
• 8 large potatoes
• 3 level teaspoon baking powder
• 2 ½ -3 teaspoon salt (please taste)
• Little butter
• 1 cup hot milk
