• 1 lb. white bread, crusty and cut into cubes
• 1 cup celery, chopped finely
• 2 cups yellow onion, finely diced

• 1 tbsp. thyme, minced
• 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
• 1 tbsp. sage, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 large eggs, beaten
