Ingredients

• 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup confectioners' (powdered) sugar
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) salted butter (cut into 1/2" cubes and very cold)
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 2 teaspoons solid vegetable shortening (such as Crisco) (or solid coconut oil)
