• 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled & cut into rounds or bite size chunks
• 2 medium leeks (white parts only)cut into 1/2 circles
• 2 large white mushrooms,sliced lengthwise into 1/2 slices (or 4-6 regular sized ones)
• 12 snow peas, ends removed (we add more,approx.24)
• 1 Tbls peanut oil
• 1 Tbls sesame oil(100% pure)
• 2 Tbls soy sauce(good quality-low salt)
• Zest of one lime (grated)
• juice of 2 limes (approx.4 Tbls)
