• 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon sea salt

• 1/2 tablespoon granulated garlic
• 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 12 flour or corn tacos
• 2 sliced red onions
• 3 sliced red, green and yellow peppers
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish
