Ingredients

• 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp (190 ml) firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 cup (250 ml) butter, softened
• 2 cups (500 ml) all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) large flake oats
• 1 pkg (250 g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (300 ml) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup (50 ml) lemon juice
• 1 can (398 ml) whole cranberry sauce
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch
