• 2 tbsps (30 ml) cumin seed
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) coriander seed
• 2 tsps (10 ml) fennel seed
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Club House Thyme Leaves
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) amchur (mango powder)
• 2 tsps (10 ml) Himalayan black salt
• 2 tsps (10 ml) mint leaves
• 1 tsp (5 ml) ginger ground
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) cayenne pepper
