Bread Pudding – Cooking with Logan

Ingredients

• 2 Packages Hawaiian Rolls (Really, any bread will do - but Hawaiian Rolls are the best)
• 2 cups Sugar
• 1 stick Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 cups Milk (or Heavy Cream if you're feeling extravagant)
• ⅓ cup Golden Raisins or Craisins
• ⅓ cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
