• 1 gem squash (cleaned and cut in crescents)
• 3 medium sweet potatoes (sliced in 1inch circles with the skin on)
• 1 large courgette (sliced in 1inch circles with the skin on)
• 1 large parboiled corn on the cob (cut in 1 1/2inch circles)
• 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
• 1 regular size tub of single or double cream
• 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic
