Ingredients: 400 gm orzo Rizzoni; 2 oranges Peeled and segments; ⅓ cup dried cranberries; ⅓ cup toasted pecans; 1 red onion finely diced; Handful of rocket optional, although it brings a nice color and crunch to the salad; 50 gm Feta; 1/2 cup confit garlic oil; 3 TBL white wine vinegar; 1 tsp Mo’rocckin paste; ½ tsp Man Grind ground
