Ingredients

• 3Lbs. hamburger
• 1 cup Sour Apple pucker Schnapps
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 meat tenderizer
• 4 teaspoons fresh diced parsley
• 6 slices of swiss cheese
• 6 onion buns
• 1/2 cup olive oil (this will be used for brushing the grill)
