• 4 chicken breast fillets (sliced in strips)
• 1 bird eye chili
• 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
• handful fresh thyme
• 250 gr button mushrooms (chopped)
• 8 large tomato (blanched and chopped)
• 250 ml cream
• salt and black pepper (to season)
• 4 portions fettuccine (cooked)
• 1/2 cup parmesan (to serve)
• fresh basil (to serve)
