Ingredients

• 1 kg beef spicy sausage (separate at tie)
• 250 ml fresh dhania (coriander) (coriander) leaves, roughly chopped
• 30 ml crushed garlic
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 60 ml cooking oil
• 2 medium onions, sliced thinly
• 250 g mushrooms,halved red pepper, sliced into long strips
• 15 ml paprika
• 15 ml coarse black pepper
• 30 ml corn flour, mixed with 100 ml water
• 60 ml Worcestershire
