Ingredients

• 4 pasteurized eggs
• ¾ cup plus 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ⅛ tsp allspice
• ⅛ tsp ground cloves
• 4 oz bourbon
• 2 oz cognac
• 2 oz Grand Marnier
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Freshly grated cinnamon, for garnish
