It's the 4th of July, and while fireworks are beautiful and all, they've got nothing on the explosion of bright, fruity flavors contained in this smoothie bowl. This really is the perfect summer...
Ingredients
- 2 nectarines (make sure they're nice and ripe! We used white nectarines)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 heaped Tbs Dastony stone ground coconut butter
- a splash of coconut water, or about 1/4 cup (we recommend Harmless Harvest brand)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 drops therapeutic grade orange oil (optional, but really makes the flavor explode!)
