Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Pumpkin Spice Nut Crumbs
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 apple diced
- 4 garlic cloves chopped fine
- 1/2 white onion chopped small
- 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 15 oz. can of red sauce
- 15 oz. can of coconut milk
- fresh sage
- grass fed butter
- EVOO
- salt and pepper to taste
