• Homemade pesto
• Cream Sauce :
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups half-and-half 1 egg yolk
