- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins (soak in hot water for 15 minutes, squeeze out water)
