Ingredients

• 1 cup spells flour
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1 cup of buckwheat flour
• 1 bar of dark chocolate (85%)
• Hand walnuts
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder
• Pinch of salt
• 6 t of hard coconut oil
• 4 el Greensweet Brown
• 2 linseed eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 el Greensweet Syrup Gold
• 1 tbsp coconut milk
