• 3 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 to 2 tablespoons whipping cream or milk
• Optional 1/2 block (4oz) of cream cheese (if you want to cut the extra sweet flavor and add richness)
• Food colouring or cocoa powder
