Christmas Cake Pops - Pam*B

Ingredients

• 1/2 and 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tbsp baking soda
• 1/2 and 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/8 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 and 1/4 cups buttermilk
• 1/2 and 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 and 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/2 and 1/4 cups hot water
• 4-ounce(110g) cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1/2-pound (225g) confectioners’ sugar
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• Chocolate coating bark ou candy melts
• Sprinkles, for garnish
