Strawberry Red Wine Brownie - Wish Farms

Ingredients

• 8 oz. softened cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup reduced red wine (I used Pinot Noir; instructions below)
• 1/4 cup sugar-free seedless Wish Farms strawberry jelly
• 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 2 sticks of butter, room temperature
• 2 1/4 cups Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups cake flour
• 2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
