• 2 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 750 g lean minced beef
• 2 beef stock cube
• 800 g can chopped tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 410 g can red kidney beans
• 100 ml soured cream, to serve
• 300 g long grain rice, to serve
