- 1/2 pound Napa Cabbage Kimchi, chopped
- 3 pcs Scallions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Water
- 4 tbsp Neutral Flavored Vegetable Oil
