Tandoori Ananas with Rose Ice Cream - Great British Chefs

Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into 2 inch chunks
- 1 star anise, broken into smaller pieces
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 pinch of chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 500ml of double cream
- 50g of caster sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp of rose syrup
