Ingredients
- 16 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened, plus more for greasing
- 2 cups flour
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup whole wheat flour
- <sup>3</sup>⁄<sub>4</sub> tsp. kosher salt
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> tsp. baking soda
- 3 oz. plus 1/3 cup honey
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup dark brown sugar
- 2 <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> tbsp. powdered gelatin
- 2 egg whites
- <sup>3</sup>⁄<sub>4</sub> cup corn syrup
- 1 <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cups granulated sugar
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 3 tbsp. coconut oil
