LEMON & CONDENSED MILK COOKIES Recipe | Red Stick Spice

Ingredients

• 3 sticks butter, softened
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 14 oz can condensed milk
• 1 tsp Cookie Vanilla
• 1 tsp Pure Lemon Extract
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp Baker's Salt
• Lemon Sugar, for sanding the cookies
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 Tbsp butter, melted and cooled
