This Ham Pickle Pasta Salad has black forest sandwich meat in it along with dill pickles that comes in a creamy dressing that serves well on it's own or alongside any summer potluck.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Rotini pasta
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Chives
- 7 pieces Black Forest Ham
- 3 large Dill Pickles
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup Dill pickle juice
- 1 tbsp Hellmans mayonnaise
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
