Ingredients

• 1 ¾ c spooned and leveled all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¾ tsp kosher salt
• 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 c packed light brown sugar
• ½ c granulated sugar
• 2 lg eggs
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 3 c old-fashioned rolled oats
• 2 c chocolate-covered raisins, roughly chopped (see Note)
