Cilantro Lime Chicken - Select Super Market

Ingredients

• 3 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (Cubed if you would like, but can be whole)
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 1/2 cups cilantro, chopped (Can be adjusted for taste)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 19 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 12 oz. can kernel corn, drained
• 1 purple onion, minced
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
• dash salt and pepper
