Parmesan Pretzel Dogs | The Fancy Pants Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1 & 1/2 cups warm water (110-115°F)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 package active dry yeast
• 4 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• Vegetable oil for pan
• 10 cups water
• 10 hot dogs (I like Jumbo all-beef dogs)
• 2/3 cup baking soda
• 1 large egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water
• Pretzel salt
