Chicken nugget skewers - Astral Chicken
This delicious recipe for chicken nugget skewers is a party favourite and a time saver that will have you mingling away in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients
- 20 chicken nuggets
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) oil
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 200g cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) sweet chilli sauce
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) red-wine vinegar
- 1 tsp (5ml) chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp (5ml) sugar (optional)
- 1 block of halloumi
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 20 basil leaves
