BBQ - Honey Pork Ribs - CookingHub

• 2 racks ofpork ribs of your choice (about 6 – 7 LB *)
• water
• 2 TSP ofsalt
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 1 TBSP ofExtra Virgin Olive Oil (adjust if needed)
• 1 TBSP offrying oil (any kind) (adjust if needed)
• 1 cup ofhoney
• ¾ cup ofketchup
• 1onion - peeled and finely chopped (any kind)
• 6 cloves ofgarlic - peeled and grated (or pressed)
• 2 TSP ofsalt (adjust if needed)
• 1 TSP ofground pepper - ideally freshly ground
• 2 TSP ofground smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
• 1 TSP ofchili powder (seasoning) (spicy)
• 1 TSP ofground cayenne pepper (spicy)
• 1 TSP ofground mustard
• lettuce of your choice
• tomatoes
• dill pickle
• Pickled pepperoncini
• Dijon mustard
• country Dijon mustard
• ketchup
• creamy horseradish
• Twice-baked herb bread or any regular bread
