Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 carrots, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• Kosher salt
• 1 loaf of soft white bread
• ½ cup whole milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Honey Garlic seasoning
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• ½ chop chopped parsley
• 1 pound ground beef chuck
• 1 pound ground pork
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
