I found some ravioli in the bottom of my freezer and thought I’d give fried Ravioli a go.

- 1 lb Frozen Ravioli; defrosted
- 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves; minced
- 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 cup Pesto
