Tortilla crumbed chicken with tequila sauce

Ingredients

• 3 day-old corn tortillas, torn
• 1/2 cup plain flour
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 kilogram chicken wings
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• Tequila sauce
• 400 grams can crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 60 millilitres tequila
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• tabasco sauce, to taste
