Ingredients

• ½ ounce 12-year-old Irish whiskey
• 1-ounce Irish whiskey
• ½ ounce brandy
• ½ teaspoon apricot brandy or liqueur
• ½ ounce verjus blanc
• ½ teaspoon passion fruit syrup*
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
• 3/4 oz ginger–brown-sugar syrup*
• 3 oz cold-brew coffee*
• 1 oz stout beer
• 1½ ounce Irish whiskey
• 1 ounce wine-based aperitif
• ½ ounce cask-strength peated Irish whiskey
• ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
• ¾ ounce ginger syrup
• 3 dashes aromatic bitters
• ½ teaspoon tamarind chutney
• 1 splash vanilla soda
