Commercial Mini Chips Biscotti | HERSHEY Foodservice
These Mini Chips Biscotti are a yummy accompaniment to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other favorite cafe beverages. Recipe yields 5 dozen biscotti.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. 2 oz. walnut pieces, toasted*
- 1 lb. unsalted butter, softened
- 2 lbs. sugar
- 14 oz (6 large) eggs
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 lbs. 2 oz. all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 lbs. HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 4000 ct. (Item# 61225), divided
- 3 Tbsp. shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)
