- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 4 Polidori Italian sausages, casings removed
- 2 Polidori bratwurst sausages, casings removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 24 ounces frozen spinach
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 jar pasta sauce (or homemade if you’re feeling it)
